  • How Does Your Internet Service Work?

    We send the bandwidth directly to your home or business by radio, eliminating the need for a dialup connection. Since you do not need to dial in, the connection is always on.

  • What Is Your Coverage Area?

    Digitex.com currently services the Cleburne, Joshua, Alvarado, and Southwest Tarrant County areas, and select parts of Keene, Godley, Grandview, and Rio Vista. We utilize both line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight radio technology but a no-cost, no-obligation site survey is required before any designated service plan can be assured at your home or office.

  • How Many Computers Can You Connect?

    You may connect multiple computers. Multiple systems will require a broadband router.

  • Do you connect my PC to the internet connection?

    Yes, this is included in the nominal one-time installation fee.

  • What equipment will need to be installed at my location?

    Digitex.com will provide FREE-ON-LOAN the Basic Equipment Package. This package includes an antenna (internal or external depending on conditions), modem, up to 25ft of low loss antenna cable, and mounting hardware for side or eve of the building. If more height is required for a specific installation, a small tower may be needed. If a tower is needed, Digitex.com can erect a tower, but the cost associated with the tower will be the responsibility of the customer, above and beyond the Digitex.com standard installation charge.

  • What happens if I cancel my service for any reason?

    Digitex.com retains ownership of the Basic Equipment Package installed at the customer’s location. If a customer cancels the service for any reason, Digitex.com will set up a time to uninstall the equipment used to connect to the wireless service.


    * Speed is up to 10Mb, 25Mb, 35Mb, 50Mb 100MB and 200MB.


    ** Cancellation of the service for any reason prior to the end of the One Year contract term will result in the customer’s account being charged a $300.00 early cancellation fee.


    *** Refunds will not be given for partial months.


    † Business customers may be required to provide a copy of their Sales Tax and Use Permit.
