As a DigiTex.com client, you have access to your account online. You may change your contact information, check your email, and make your payments all from right here.

Clicking on WebMail will open a pop up window in which you'll need to enter your username and password. Keep in mind that WebMail wants just the first part of your email address in the username box and that both the username and password must be typed in all lower-case. Use the numbers across the top of your keyboard rather than the number pad to the right on your keyboard to avoid mistakes.

Click on Manage Your Account to open a log in window for our account management system, Hawk-i. You'll log in with your username and password, the same way you do for your email via WebMail. Once logged in, you may change your information if needed, or make a payment online with a credit card.

Pay Online will take you to the same area and allow you access to make a credit card payment online.
